Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing

We set out on Friday afternoon to go camping above Idaho City. We stopped at the newly remodeled Kodiak Grill (formerly Hilltop Cafe) recommended by Sandy, and we had a great lunch before we set out on our adventure. We made it to 10 Mile Campground and picked out a spot by the water and turned the boys loose. I don't think I've ever seen the boys get so dirty!! We listened to Radio Disney all weekend, played travel Rummikub, solitaire, read Encyclopedia Brown stories. The boys spent a lot of time playing in the water, collecting rocks on the hill and went on a hike with their dad. We also discovered if you put a lot of pine needles on the fire, you get smoke and no fire. Kai wanted to have marshmallows at every meal and wore most of it. A great time was had by all, and Kai wanted to go camping again as soon as possible.
